While conducting soil sampling at the property AEG encountered an area, which upon field screening and olfactory observation exhibited elevated vapors. Further soil sampling in this area identified that a small lens of soil impacted with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) extended underneath the foundation footing of a building on the property. In order to examine for occupant risks associated with vapor, which may have been impacting the indoor air, AEG collected air samples from the indoor environment using passive air sampling devices. Once collected, the samples were submitted for analysis and results revealed that the indoor air had not been impacted.
