AEG was contracted by the owner to conduct a survey at this property in regard to possible poly-chlorinated biphenyl (PCB) staining on a floor. AEG collected numerous samples of the flooring throughout the property and submitted the samples to a certified laboratory for PCB analysis. Results showed that the staining was not PCB related. Once this issue was resolved an interested buyer entered into a contract and eventually purchased the property. AEG worked with the buyer to resolve other environmental issues and bring the property into full compliance with RIDEM regulations.
