Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MADEP) visited this facility during an environmental audit and discovered a waste oil release and several waste management violations. AEG was contracted to perform Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) services for the release and to prepare required documentation for regulatory compliance including a Waste Recycling and Management Plan and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. AEG made recommendations to the facility for waste storage, processing, registration, and disposal that would be approved by MADEP. AEG worked with MADEP to identify solutions that would be approved and economically feasible.
